the fascinating historical

Located at the entrance to the historical centre immediately after the ancient Porta al Prato, is one o the most important buildings of the medieval hamlet that dates from the beginning of the 1300’s . This building has a rich story, having been the home of St. Margherita of Cortona and her companion Arsenio, as well as the well known inn called ‘The Bell’ until the early 20th century.
